Almost done! Stuck on my last one 18d. Any hints please?

18 not a great clue. def is "guide" (not a person). parses 3,4, though the 3 is a bit loose, and "high" isn't really accurate for th4.

actually, looking at my complaints, i may have got it wrong!

In 18 it is the last four letters that give the “flier”. The first three letters mean glib.
I think there is only one intentional rhyming pair, given the symmetrical positioning.

Relatively difficult Everyman this week, far tougher than last week. Thanks to the setter.
I thought there were unusually many double and cryptic definitions, several of which gave me some trouble.

I found this somewhat easier than last week. Fun, though I can't parse the "copper" from the final letter of 17.
Cheers all
