Once again as soon as I post the question I see the answer, an anagram of MOVE and half of LULU!

Jazz, it was annoying me so I decapitalised it, foolish move. I've put it back in capitals🥰

I suppose we could decapitalise it soon, as the new Private Eye will be published and that could have the capitals 😀

Jazz, I decapitalised it because it was surrounded by LISTENER and PLEASE READ threads, so it didn’t have the necessary impact.

I’m just trying to see if I can underline a heading but it doesn’t seem to work.

BUT I just don't understand why the Private Eye has duplicates every time. As I've said before, it generates more duplicates than all the other crosswords put together.
