The other one is 6d (9 letters: Harden, retaining impression of document) I have I-D-N---E.
It could perhaps be Indenture, but I don't see why.

9 ac: I`m afraid your operatives are wrong. The answer should read +L+Y

6 dn: INURE (harden) DENT (impression)
