Sunray, my version could be wrong - but it adds up to 15 letters. My highlighting is in the appropriate colours, sort of, and involves the rows you've mentioned. Have a good stare....

The two rows I mentioned are the key.
I know the colour for Row 6 (7 letters) but the last row?
What is the roughly appropriate colour to use?
The colour in the name of the speaker will not show.

Some ????? are a pale, straw colour - well, that's what I used!

It has a 6 letter colour starting with G.
