Hi stevea, I'll let everybody else parse their own clues unless they haven't by voting time when I'll give my take(s).

Chinese old = Ch + o (both abbreviations in Chambers)
raver twisted = goer reversed; reog
(to is next to)
a style of music = rap
he'd = hed.
Ch + o + reog + rap + hed
Definition: compose (a Chambers definition of choreograph).

Hi ChrisE

Re 13/14

Fred Astaire was a choreographeR
Take away R and replace it by D
Somehow, I meant Fred Astaire 'choreographed'
Can't find appropriate missing word!

Involuntary movements no amateur plotted that dancing line (13)

Involuntary movements is chorea, as in Huntingdon's chorea
no amateur is remove the a,
plotted that dancing line is graphed (which is a verb) and also the def, but I see I have left out an "o"
I'll see what I can do in the time left
