Present means "here".
List can be used by poets instead of "listen"
Listen can mean "hear".
Hear sounds like/recited "here".
Possibly?

Hi to all, and Merry Christmas!
Final three clues to solve, any help appreciated
50 ac (5) B-L-- Swell times can limit 'avoc. Possibly Bulge or Bulgy, bulky?
35d (5) -E--- Cook's book, lyre shaped. Possibly Beryl as anagram, but why?
58d (4) R-A- Story of Scripture in the Christian Era. Possibly read, but don't understand unless I have answers wrong elsewhere.
Thanks.

35 Beryl - anagram of B, book and Lyre. Beryl Cook is an artist, known for her big curvy (lyre-shaped?!) women.

58,
How about RE for Scripture, and AD for Christian Era.
Read? Story?

50 Belly, swell? It would have By, times, and 'Ell/hell/havoc/'avoc inside.

50.
By for times (in maths)
Surrounding (h)ell for 'avoc.
Giving "belly" for swell?
