I've just done this crossword this morning. 1 Across was mentioned at the start of this thread - the answer is Unsackable (sack meaning a woman's dress). This fits in with Tract for 2 Down - as Bunty said.
Well done. 'Tryst' is almost always spelt with a 'y', and I think the 'i' version is just about unknown except in archaic stuff. And it'd be a 'tract' of land, i.e. a 'plot'.
