Thanks, everyone, for joining in this week. I reckon we ended up with a total of 21 clues from 9 setters.

As things stand, FJ @18, Paul @5 and SteveA @11 all have 2 votes each. Mattrom @19 has 1 vote. With only FJ and Paul still to vote and, obviously unable to vote for themselves, everything is still up in the air (with a possible very vexing outcome for myself - I hate having to use the casting vote).

I know that voting is now officially closed, but I shall wait until tomorrow to cast a deciding vote, in the hope that FJ will vote and possibly make that decision unnecessary. My critical faculties (and probably many others) are not at their best at present.

With a nod to my late friend, I give you a public information clip. It's a song urging people to use the faecal occult blood testing kit, sent every 2 years to all of us in Scotland between the ages of 50 and 70, for bowel cancer screening. Many people stupidly just bin them. Have a laugh at it. My friend would have. (We left the crematorium yesterday to the strains of Elvis singing "Burning Love").
