I agree with neill that this weeks puzzle is very strange. Perhaps that increases the chances of winning a t-shirt, but probably not.

9a - thinking WORK. To work something is to form it. A play is also a work. Can't figure the quibbles connection though

Having looked at all the possibilities that ?O?K throw up for 9A, I'm also plonking for WORK. Could be another wasted envelope and stamp (has to be first class from here too!).

Think 9ac has to be WORK to link with the other clue.
