Stuck on a few in SW if anyone can help please:
(there may be a misprint in the defn)
26d Opera, out of print, where folk riot to the east of Rhodesia (7)
??R??O?
30d Cake without alcohol finally includes last of rum (6) ?I??E?
20d Half annual value in limited inheritance should hold Poat together (7) T?E?A?L though not sure these letters are ok........possibly trenail ...defn hold Boat together....but how would that parse?

Anyone got any idea about "the vertices" from 16 clues?

There's a picture in wiki of the thing given by the 16 correct letters, and I can see how it might fit into a square grid, but identifying the vertices seems to involve something I'm missing. Does it involve the 16 correct letters somehow? I wondered if they spelt out "translated" but that doesn't seem to work either. This is proving a tricky weekend (but luckily IQ and AZ are not too taxing).

Is anyone getting anywhere with the vertices?

I've been looking for the shape that I assume cockie referred to, but I can't see how it can really fit into a grid of squares given the symmetry of it.

You need the 5 pointed star shape in your grid.....vertices of it spell out "A GREEN STAR" clockwise from top point of square (translated from Esperanto)
