I read the outcome on my phone while I was out today but didn't dare risk responding until I had a proper keyboard in front of me. It was a tricky phrase to find a different angle on so it was good to see so many ingenious responses. Your parsing, aristo, was of course, spot on (I wasn't sure whether the Colonel Bogey reference would cross The Pond; aside from anything else, the tune here is renowned for Hitler's and his cohorts' testicular challenges.)
