Is it flying from the warship's mast when it is dressed for a ceremonial occasion?[7]
Physical exercise taken at home, adds up to these? [7]

The second one is "jerkin".

The first one is either "bunting" or "overall".

Yorkgirl,
I can't bear the thought of going through the bunting/overall thing again.
There is another thread titled "apparel" posted by "david" on (about) page 7 of this one. If you look at it you can make your own mind up.

Jerkins? I can see the wordplay but why is it a plural when the other answers are singular? I know the clue calls for a plural but isn't it more likely to be a pair of somethings? But I can't think what.

Ah! A recrudescence of the BUNTING/OVERALL debate. Interested parties should check out 1979 video clip of The Village People performing "In the Navy" on the deck of a warship. Guess what's flying from the mast.
