I'm amazed at the range of great clues for what I thought was a difficult challenge! Particular favourites were skyewalker @ 6, 14 and 45 (no, I'm not skyewalker in disguise!), tatters @13, les40 @18, stevea6000 @ 24 and dorrien @35, but my pick is:
