Move between cols and rows, eg b l o then sideways to c, down to k. You can move sideways, up, down, ending in bottom right.

Thank you all especially Trackerpup, finally cracked it but don't understand why, significance or link with title. Nothing obvious in google for that place on yesterday's date. Anyone figured it!

This setter eXternal set inquisitor 1335 a couple of years ago with the theme Labyrinth, titled Clue Two, I think this is the second puzzle on similar theme? Clue or clew has 2 meanings, second being ball of string to guide you out of a maze.

Still can't see it is it an anagram of letters?
