11A - Think your C should be D thus ?D?E - (ERIC) IDLE. Have already mailed entry so can't say where the D came from.

The first letter (C) comes from 1D which may be wrong.

1D Is it up like Sep. (to Apr.) (5) - for which I have TISIC, derived from IS IT going up followed by C (circa = approximately = like).

Chambers defines TISICK as a cough, but has no definition for TISIC. However Wicktionary does:

The L comes from ANGELIC which is definitely correct.

Tisri seems right for 1D. It's a month in the Jewish ecclesiastical calendar answering in part to September.

This might be irrelevant but there's an R in every month from September to April - giving the 'r' to go with the rest.
