I am quite new to the IQ and to this forum.Thanks to the help in this thread I have completed the grid and am fairly confident about the location and theme BUT can't understand the last instruction about 43 cells....should these be contiguous? Neither can I make any combination of the 'seven' add up to 43. Any further hints gratefully received.

The seven aren't contiguous - they're just seven things with something in common - and they also connect, literally and figuratively, with the 'location'.
