Like John, have O-E-. Can see OPEN fitting with 'undo' but why 'unto'?
13D Polish Diego? (6)

19d is YANKEE - code for 25th letter and synonym of 2d

9A - If something is open it is unto. In scottish parlance - "shut the door" would be "shut to the door", though I would say "shut tae the door".

13D - ENAMEL is correct. Diego is a Spanish name E(Spain) NAME but not sure where the L comes in unless it's from EL (the in Spanish).
