Looks like Paris or Cadiz either way cannot parse, any hints please thanks gordo

I was stuck on this too, gordo. However the term "music" is so loose that it is almost wrong!

"Over" is a direction change indicator

Had looked at that but discounted it as not good enough.

Have struggled for ages with 9D. I now have something but have no idea why. Is it a nickname for the football team? Am also stuck on 13 D Crave getting hug from Titan with time, finally . I have A? ??N? L?S?. AM not sure my 24A is right. I saw your comment chrise about the best clue. I get the bit about a London Uni. Is that right? For 23A I put an island in the Med but I think this must be wrong. So not doing very well. I will blame the lovely hot weather!
