the Uni is LSE

I finished this quite quickly yesterday, which is unusual, so
just thought I would look to see if anyone else had got
stuck. The problems were as I had expected, but the usual
clever people have given more than adequate clues.

Thanks to Chrise & Devonian for their help on 23a (Music over island city). I had it done aprt from that one.
