Thanks for the "N". I misspelt 22d. Did not help. Am I just removing the three letters where they are consecutive, or all three everywhere? {I feel like Pooh bear (little brain)}

It's obviously very difficult designing the grid but the ocd part of me is disappointed at the difference in sizes of the three letters! :)

Tomsdad, I too was a little disappointed with the sizes, but everything else about the puzzle was great.
