I can see my mistake ! its PLUMP...I had SUPER for 11a, instead of UPPER !

I do get the Mamba part. I don't understand the "RI" part at all.

I have been unable to find "Ri" in any of the online dictionaries.

Is it a shrine? I only get abbreviations for those letters.

As elle says, in this case. "Rhode Island" (or just "state") is frequently used to give RI.
