Oh, sorry --- I'm not so familiar with these abbreviations that have come in since I left the island! Then I love your clue! I caught up with "Pennies from Heaven", "Singing Detective" and "Lipstick on Your Collar" on German TV many years later, and thought what a marvellous new TV genre he'd created. Then read the biography by
Humphrey Carpenter and was even more amazed. Thank you for bringing him in here: I thought about it but gave up! Well done again!
