I vacillated between syzygy/4 and mattrom/6 before choosing syzygy's clue.

Congratulations, mattrom

When the Times starts using the urban dictionary rather than Chambers I'll take note!

Cheers, Ixion.

Can one get subtitles? Had to resort to the Urban Dictionary just for the title.

@Rambler - I thought they used "Roger's Profanisaurus".

... & where's Trevor when you need him?

Thanks, Ixion, for hosting and the prize. I need to brush up on my Scottish accent as well :)) They've just started re-runs of the early Taggart series here, that may help.

Thanks for the votes, Ab, BBM2, Syzygy, Heathcliff, GK and especially Les (Although the double try didn't get past the umpire)

Hope to see you all next week.

Congrats Mattrom and thanks Ixion.

A bit over two years ago when I started "playing" both Peer Review and Clueless regularly there were many entrants. A lot of the clues were written with the intention of creating humour, there was a lot of friendly banter. All in all it was a lot of fun that didn't appear to be taken too seriously. Sadly on some occasions since some have felt the need to belittle others. Over the years the number of participants and entries has dwindled, wonder why?
Does the preamble need to be changed to ensure references from Chambers are adhered to and exclude "lingo" from other countries? After all there is a "youtube" video to be won!

Thanks to all that have made these games enjoyable over the years, I wish you well.
