It occurred to me that 41a might involve an Americanism that doesn't affect the parse but makes the wordplay very nice. In our universities 101 is the designation for an introductory-level course, always said "one-o-one". It's commonly used in expressions like "That's just Psychology 101". I'm guessing that you indicate course levels differently over there.
