6 Digit of the foot in an abbreviation of 'special'

Thanks chrise & mamya. Got both the answers now. I had the 'fence crossing' idea for 24a, just can't reconcile it with the 'on the radio' part of the clue. Your help much appreciated.

"on the radio" is a common code for "sounds like"

Of course it is! I just did not read the clue in that way.

Has any kind soul got a link to this crossword. My wife forgot to buy our copy and by the time I got round to making a start on it i.e. yesterday, the shops I tried were all sold out. Thanks to anyone who can help, in anticipation. B
