That is true, but you must see that there was a great deal of provocation on your part. This forum has been plagued with people asking for help but refusing to give sufficient information for the regulars to provide an appropriate answer. Many of your posts fall into this category and when you have been asked, on quite a few occasions and in a pleasant manner, to provide the number of letters and any that you already have, you go into a hissy fit and throw the toys out of the pram.
If you would just follow the simple guidelines that are given when you start a new thread, life would be much more pleasant for all of us.
