Hope this helps.

Well that's a shame, going on the two letters Scorpiojo provided, which didn't match the vowels you provided, a perfectly good sentence can be constructed.
Once again "Is there a theme involved" or is it supposed to make just some random sentence?

Well I reckon I have a sentence that makes sense but it finishes with "station".
Good luck.

I think I have thesame answer as busby. If you notice, the first 4 letters of the first word contain no vowel, which would be very unusual. But there is a kind of 6th "vowel" in English, which stands at the 3rd position in that word. From then on everything is logical, with only a tiny bit of trial & error.
Could someone explain where this cmes from? "home forum" means nothing to me!

I think you may have the same answer GK.
To be honest, I pondered this for a while until Scorpiojo provided a great hint, that didn't tie in with the "vowel list" offered.
If the vowel list was for some reason incorrect and the last word "station" is applied along with the letters Scorpiojo provided, it quickly falls into place.

Err I reckon the first 5 letters of the first word contain "no real vowel" only the second last letter of the first word is a "proper vowel".

If you would care to look at things in a different light feel free to try "CELTZHEXCEB" = ENVIRONMENT.
Best of luck.
