14. 'Well' would be Healthy. 'Out of line' means to remove the l, so it becomes Heathy, which is like moorland/heaths.

22. Draggy means boring. It's Yard for American garden, raised means it's reversed, so becomes Dray and then you put gg for goods inside.

27 Tenor sounds like (for an audience) like tenner, ready (money).
