Thanks chrise, rosalind, rossim, mamya and others. 27A can not be AGLITTER because of cutting letters, even though it looks correct otherwise.
For 27d. I have MI?R?I?E now, from which I am unable to find a word. Can anybody get a word

They can indeed ( I have them) but it does not sit well with that clue.

I think they have printed the wrong clue.

Being non-cryptic I think I can put MIGRAINE itself because of the cutting letter, but if it were cryptic crossword then what Mamya's answer AGLITTER fits very well. Thank you all.

Looks as though they have Mamya

It probably came from a local rag.
Ours has loads of errors including printing the wrong grid or giving the answers to another crossword!
