Liked oblib's Britney and would have got my vote if a suitable synonym of "free" had been used but it's in the answer so BBM2 @3.

I was aware of the Britney Spears anagram when choosing 'FREE PRESYTERIANS' - I wondered whether anyone would use it.
I would have clued it as 'Church to release Britney Spears compilation'.
'Nearby priests', 'Priest earns by' & 'Best PR in Years' are also good anagrams of 'Presbyterians'.
