Sorry, yes - I muddied the waters there , it is also a Papal/Apostolic Blessing not purely a reference to Rome which had confused someone. (Didn't help did I?)

The question @8 came out of left-field a bit, I thought, mamya!

I'm amused that someone, even someone as eminent as the Pope, can "bless" the world by waving his hands in a certain way.
