Aristophanes & Harrhy, virtually the identical problems I am having, especially the frustration with the 'long running script' issue. When I try to stop script, it loses connection to the Hub freezes up and crashes.

After upgrading to Firefox 32.0 'Crossword Solver' froze while trying to receive/send info to/from 'delivery.simplytechnology.net'. I resolved this by upgrading to 'Firefox 31'. After one day I upgraded back to 'Firefox 32' via 'Help/About Firefox', which automatically upgrades to the latest version. All is OK now, don't ask me why!
