i don't get it.

Trevor, Kelly Brook's a self-centred model who's too young to be writing an autob... oh, you mean the clue. I think it's "a tizzy" = a spin; "take one" = r for take - as syzygy explained - and i for one. So put ri inside aspin.
Not a perfect clue for me - who takes an aspirin when they're in a tizzy?
