Sorry I vanished - not a moonlight flit - family things later in the day took longer than expected.
Thank you for parsing my clue, Les40 @ 19. All perfect. The "C" after "PROS" and before "RIB" was intended as the abbreviation for "with" - from Latin "cum" - often seen in medical prescriptions, albeit more usually with a bar above it. Maybe too obscure?

Enjoyed other clues. Thank you everyone.

A shame you weren't around to explain the C, isala. I thought yours had a great surface.

With for W is quite common, but with for "cum" does ring a faint bell.
