14d dog-gone dogs got itchy feet, namely. that rover or river?

19d hot number by irving berlin. is that heatwave?

9A texan rode east in order to be pardoned. is that exonerated?

10A 13113311: game to figure this out? is that scrabble?

28A meetings as a matter of form.... is that convention?

is there anyone help with these questions.

i too thought these were the clues but on 2nd look realise they are clues plus suggestions of the answers.

10a those are the letter values of the word scrabble.
28a double definition = convention
