some of these have been answered before.
the 1st one is an anagram of the bloke who played Rodney the Plonker in TV's Only fools and Horses (i would give his name but i can't recall it)

regularly need warm cheese is Edam(every 2nd letter of "need warm")

i remember that 4d was astride
