Card combination a wearer of hose may have had - DOUBLETON (Card Combination) It looks like 'Doublet On' (Wearing), but I thought a 'Doublet' was a jacket, so why 'Hose'?

With the first one, I can see it's E MONST(e)R, but why does 'Dive' = CASE?
