Cheers Syzzie, It took a long time tonight because I was trying to put the files in the Google Drive by copy & paste first but obviously that doesn't work.
Went back to your instructions and realised it gave you the file window to copy from when you click the RED UP Arrow. Cheers for that pal.

First look - in wordplay, 47a is given as EFFECTER rather than the (correct) EFFERENT.

OK, I'm not surprised that I struggled with the 9 to 3 clues!

Favourites both happen to be from ginge (welcome to the JE)
16a Socialism not so developed in this state.
45a Let corks afore fermenting produce de-icer.
(a for e is a wonderful device that I hadn't seen before)

One wrong (61d) and one niner missed, nevertheless all the 3-letter ones correct! What an effort on all sides! Congratulations to all who took part!

managed to get the letters wrong. My mistake, not Les's.

Thanks Les40 and AB working my way through them and I liked so many. In short 9,36,43 ac and 24,28,29, 31 and 33d. Not so short !
