John - 10a can be spelled with z in place of s which should help with 3d, a word for inhabitants.
I'm stuck with bottom left too - any hints for 15d Cold dish cold (6), 16d Stop Derby (6) _R_E_ _, 18a Far off (4) _ _A_. Thanks

Morning, John.
Just started. Can only help with one, I'm afraid.
3d. is an anagram, meaning "Inhabitants". How many letters are there? (4)
What letter are they? (4)
Hoping this helps!

15d. A colloquial expression for "cold" - take a dish of the curry type, popular in Birmingham, I believe, (5), and adda an abbreviation for "Cold" (1)
Hoping this helps!
