Stuck on 1D. The answer could be TOST ('toast' without the 'a') but I cannot see it relating to the definition part of the clue.

What is the clue?

Apologies mamya. The clue is:

Rarely had trouble sleeping? Health drink's no answer (4)

Health drink = toast. Without answer = take away A to leave TOST.
This is a rare speliing of 'tossed', and if you had trouble sleeping you could say you tossed and turned all night.
