This quiz consists of well known phrases. Two words joined by AND. The answers are strict alphabetical order. The Clue is - 'A matrimonial promise', the answer must fit between HORSE AND CART and LADY AND THE TRAMP. Can anyone help please (usually two words, but not quite always is printed on the sheet)

I suggest its Honour and Obey and either your preceding or following answer is wrong, or the setter has made a mistake, and the answer is not in alphabetical order.
