This is one of the nicest clues I have seen recently - it is not often you see a punctuation mark being one of the most important bits of the clue!

The clue says "A meeting with," which is the same ("you might say") as "A meeting with comma" which is A COMMA DATE

I.E. Understood it, why the flippancy with ' Oh, have i gone wrong' ?
Obviously you have completed the grid today of which i am unaware.
