2 . this clue i struggled with it because it was a short clue :

2. Be indignant (6) P?i?L?
I am not sure about the L, I got the L from this clue :Erudition (8) i put Learning

1.Esprit (spirit,anagram of 'priest').

2. Are you sure of the 'p'? It could be 'bridle'.

I got the P from this clue: Rupture (6)
I had the letters : ??e?c?
I put Pierce ( Maybe Pierce is wrong )
if Bridle is correct then
Rupture would be B?e?c?
