What is the clue that gives the wrong letter(if tonne is right)?

t comes from share out (5)a-l-- = allot
i comes from portugese wine ----- verde (5) v---o = vhino
e comes from raise, lift up (7) e-e-a-- = elevare i could be wrong what do you guys think

should read
raise ,lift up (7)e-e-a-- = elevate
