I am very much wowwed!!! And chuffered!!!
I did not realise that my poetry had such mesmeric charm.
Thank you all very much for your vote of confidence!!!!!!
I thought that all the clues were clever, funny and worthy!!!! ( Cant stop using the clammer button!!!!)
Thanks Bullfrog for the Spike Jones "bells and whistles".
I remember hearing him on our clepsidera radio in the 50s. Does he really look like me?????!!!!!
Hope that you all have a nice weekend. Dont forget its November -- season of mists,rain,grey skies, cold , biting winds,etc,etc and cetera.
Look forward to appearing on thursday- might be a little before or after so KEEP CALM and CARRY ON.

So so sorry for not being around to vote...I was dragged into a pub, very much against my wishes.

Have now escaped their evil clutches.....

Will not say who I would have voted for, incase it just adds fuel to the fire....

Well done Thea,
I didn't enter this week because I wouldn't have been here to vote, but I must say, what a gem you produced, I never realised when I read it tonight, that it was actually written with such cryptic precision for the clue word.
Eccentric, unique and totally delightful to read with your new spin on the 'cryptic clue' that we have all come to know and love.
It cheered me up my friend, keep up the good work.
