When the clue has 'audience' or 'reportedly' does that mean that the answer is a homophone?

Good morning marsha! I have ADEPT too but does'nt help with 5 accross.I have TEEPEE for 10 across but dont really know why lol

I'm sure that you and Chris are right with redraft. The only word I can think of that would fit with the letters I have for 5 across is 'amateur', but even I can't make it fit with the clue.

I am in the same boat marsha,cant see anything else that fits 5 across!
