No offence Mamya but...
Why bother to reply at all until you deem it a decent amount of time to go?
Can you let me know just how you work out when it is OK to answer?
I repeat,no offence intended,you knows I ♥ you to bits.

No offence taken Trevor I do not deem to do anything but just think a quiz is a hunt and if the timescale is long, then some hints and tip are a help.

If you think I should not please say and I will contain my answers to the crosswords if I can, I don`t get many as you see.

PS wuv u 2 ♥

Hey Mamya
have you ever hit the send(in this case,"add reply")button and wish you could take it back?
It is probably just me who doesn't go for the hint/tips thing.

You are always charming, entertaining and annoyingly quick with a correct reply.
slap me hard and pretend I never said a word.♥

honestly - I felt like a bully when i read your reply.

Trevor as I said no offence taken and I didn`t see it as bullying, perhaps you are right and I should ignore the question if I think an answer is what they require rather than a hint.

Please do not regret the post agreeable banter is perfectly fine and have put my halo in the cupboard LOL

I'm with Mamya on giving hints for answers to this type of quiz. I don't do them myself, but I'm puzzled as to some people's motives for doing them -- is it a bit recreational mind exercising, or is it purely in the hope of winning a prize? If it's the former some people seem to put up requests for help rather too quickly -- which I think is Mamya's point, and the point of giving hints. Also, like most people here, I'm happy to offer any help I can to anyone, but I do wonder when sometimes (not in this case) people post virtually a whole quiz and ask for help.

Bullfrog, thanks for seeing my point of view. I am not making judgements especially in this case
as only one is asked .
Maybe as I have recently become a devotee of this
type of quiz, its made me a bit precious, do hope
not.
But still love to help if I can.

Ps this question has gone haywire on my screen
is it the same for all??

point taken.
the screen goes like this when there are quote marks (or maybe any punctuation except ","and ".")in the title of the thread if it goes to more than 1 page.
