Is tippex allowed then ?

I really do not know.The last few Saga crosswords that I have attempted have been on a photo copy and have taken me a couple of weeks.This one I decided to try in one go and have used the mag page which I will send in.

Smiths sell a 6 pack of propelling pencils with rubbers quite chesply, Jazzy. I have them all over the house for killer sudoku moments!

I like living dangerously, Rosalind, and always do crosswords in ballpoint. I might just change my habit now. There are dozens of pencils all over the house so no excuse.!

I can't read what I have written if I use pencil - possibly I have the wrong sort.


P.S. AVG is still blocking my access to the site on my desktop - any word of progress on this?

I have had a lot of trouble getting on to this site recently(all others work)but once I am logged on it is as like nothing has happened.

No, Tony, just AVG (free edition, of course). I have AVG on this laptop too, but haven't updated it - seems like it's a problem with a recent update of AVG.

Try "system restore" in accessories>tools and select "remove updates"
