Anyone else having problems posting/ page disappearing/ repeating entries??

Yeh Paul, It keeps going to 'Connection timed out' and I lose the page when trying to Reply to thread.
It's taken me about 25 minutes to put my clue on Peer Review as I have to keep refreshing/rejoining the site.
I think I'm gonna sack it off until tomorrow pal.

I have had similar problems with my browser having to recover the page and characters not registering when I type them in. I have emailed Norah Young (admin for the site)

I'm not sufficiently computer-wise to know if it's part of the same problem, but my computer is constantly freezing on the Forum.

Hi AJT1 - Yes that is what is happening to me. I have just had a response from Norah and they are looking into this and an issue that some firewalls (eg AVG) are reporting that this site is a security threat

Thank you, chrisg. It's a relief for me to know what is wrong - I thought my computer was dying!

Just had another response from Norah - The security threat issue with some firewalls has now been fixed.

Thank you Chrisg, I have been beset by pop-ups for a bit now on this site telling me my computer was being threatened etc. I was just considering spending money today on up-grades. I will hold off for a bit and see what happens.

Just heard again from Norah. There will be a message posted shortly from Admin re issues on the site
