It is not a good clue! I have put 'Missorts' - as in a missorted letter going to the wrong place. Misroute seemed too American. The name, I believe , is Trevor

Chambers Dictionary shows:
route: to send someone or something by a particular route. So the opposite is misroute (a parcel can be misrouted in transit - and often is !)
